My latest Granny Blanket is finished!!!


I hope baby likes snuggling up with it!

A paper flower. Yes! I said paper!

It so gorgeous! I love the paper flower card touch. Such a beautiful preszzy.

I haven't really been knitting for long enough to answer your questions but I would have to say that knitting uses about a third less yard than crochet but like crochet the tightness of the knit and the thickness of the yarn depend on the needle size. There are lots of patterns in cottons and light weight yarns for warmer climates.I think its best to just find a child sized pattern you like and start. Google youtube clips as you go. I bet you'll love it.
