Eid Mubarak to you too Umm Ibs. The bars of musk are from the 'Itr shop and they sell them at the stands in the souqs too. But there's a point. I assumed they were real. Need to check that out!
Assalamu 'alaikum! I just found your blog thru Ravelry, and have enjoyed looking around. I wanted to ask you about the bars of musk. A friend brought me a couple of them when she returned from umrah, and told me they were to place in your drawers to make them smell nice. Is that how you would use them, or is there another function? I put mine in the bottom of a tissue box, so every time I blow my nose I get to smell that sweet scent.
i would like to know if you made the tawashi facial wipes? if so, ca you tell me wich material you used, inshaAllah...BTW, great blog and beautiful work mashaAllah!
Al Ajnabiya, I've been meaning to check this ot a bit more before replying to you but things have been busy busy busy! Yes, they can be used to scent clothes and lots of other things. It can be rubbed on to your skin just like any other scent too. I've been told that it's great for headaches, where you just rub your temples with it. I'm not sure if this has to be the real-deal musk though. Great suggestion BTW.
Kareema, yes, I made them out of 100% pure cotton.
Jazakillahu khayran for your kind comments and for stopping by!
Thank you for stopping by and taking the time to leave a comment. I enjoy reading what you have to say and look forward to checking in with your blog too.

Eid Mubaarak (belatedly!).
Cute ideas masha'Allah. Where do you get the bars of musk from? Can't be real musk though surely?
