Love this post... I think the one about not having the motivation to complete it would be a huge risk for me..I hate leaving unfinished project, yet I can think of a few that I need to go back too :/
You can remove last risk easy as I am one who always will care about all your projects that you decide to share ;)
But have some same rick about "not putting in to use something that I've made"...
