more jeddah art

We were shopping the other morning (the best time to hit the malls during the summer holidays in Jeddah!) when we came across a temporary art gallery squared off to one side.  It was beautiful ma sha Allah.

The artists were local.  But it was a little worrying to see that the display was unattended at the time.  Coffee cups on tables told me that people had been sitting there previously.  I couldn't find out where the work was from.  Maybe art students at one of the colleges.  The names that I noticed were all female names.

If you are in Jeddah, this display is at the Mall of Arabia, on the upper level, opposite Mothercare and below the new prayer area.
