my creative space - should be ...

... the completion of another work-in-progress. But nooooooo!  I had to have a frogathon session (yes, I undid most of that wrap) because at some point I decided that I wasn't happy with the width of the front panels!  And now I have two light and drapey wraps on the go.

Frustrating?  Could be.  But no.  I'm calling it "stress-relief crochet"!  Plus, it's a great accompaniment to inspirational listening and soulful reflection!

More creativity here!

Better to start over and love it then keep going and hate it.. That's what I have to tell myself when the frog enters the room...

As much as I hate having to frog stuff but I think it is better than making something you know you are not going to like anyway, and just like you said it can be relaxing if you let it.

I agree a lot better to have something you love and to wear it than to finish it and leave it in the drawer. I always use my crochet as a form of meditation and also it is a distraction that stops me from reacting so quickly to the usual kid stuff that goes on around here :-)

Atleast it is theraputic.. I have had to frog a lot of things. I have a pile of things I started on and can't find the pattern for anymore. So I guess I will be frogging those soon. Atleast I can use the yarn for something else. Right?! :)

Oh yes! So true! Thanks for the input everyone. It's much better to have an end result that pleases me. Jenni, I never thought of it like that. I think it definitely does stop me from reacting too quickly with the kids. Melissa, you could always adapt some things a bit and end up with something else.
